Writing & Tutoring Center Policies
- Appointment times are listed in Pacific time.
- You are welcome to schedule up to one hour per week with a writing instructor.
- In an effort to serve as many students as possible, we ask you to schedule 30 minute appointments whenever possible and reserve hour long appointments for full essay drafts and comparably sized projects.
- You may schedule an additional two hours per week with the peer tutors.
- Notes for tutoring sessions will be e-mailed to you and your instructor within 24 hours of the session's conclusion.
- As a courtesy to your tutor, please book 24 hours in advance of the time you wish to meet. If you need an appointment within 24 hours, please first email your tutor to confirm their availability.
- Failure to cancel a tutoring session in advance of the start time, will result in the session be recorded as a "missed appointment". Multiple missed appointments may result in your account being disabled.

OHS Writing & Tutoring Center Policies

- You may book 1-3 times per major assignments with the expectation that you will make substantive changes between appointments.
- Notes for tutoring sessions will be e-mailed to you and your instructor within 24 hours of the session's conclusion.
- As a courtesy to your tutor, please book 24 hours in advance of the time you wish to meet. If you need a tutoring session within 24 hours, please email your tutor to confirm their availability.
